HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAM COST?
THE PROGRAM HAS *NO COST.
This means we won't be asking you to give us any kind of money to be able to participate.
However, there are things that you will be spending some money on your own:
1. $35 SEVIS FEE (Refundable).
The SEVIS (Student Exchange Visitor Information System) is a requirement for all students and Exchange visitors. This payment is required prior to the issuance of a DS2019 form, which means it is required to obtain a J1 VISA.
This $35 dollars can be paid any time in the office or directly to the SEVIS system once we provide your SEVIS number after you are hired.
2. VISA FEE.
The embassy will require a payment of VISA issuance of $140USD. This is paid in your own currency at a local bank
3. Flight.
Each participant is responsible for paying their own transportation to Camp. We will guide you trough the whole process to ensure you fully understand where do you have to go and how you have to move.
